Christmas Market 2012

We're back in The Model (foyer, The Mall entrance) December 16th, with a market that is bursting at the seams with fantastic local crafts, vintage and bits n bobs. There will be face painting, Santas Grotto and Christmas Singers. Come in for a cuppa n slice of cake and soak up the atmosphere!

Frivolous Fare @ The Model

Kirk Modern will be at the next Frivolous Fare July 7th In Sligo. Check out their range of mid-century decorative items and design, including 20th century ceramics and pottery, vintage glass, retro furniture, accessories and collectables.

Current stock includes Midwinter, Beswick, Gustavsberg, Rorstrand, Hornsea, Stavangerflint, Poole, Whitefriars and Art Deco.

This rare 1960’s large industrial factory clock once hung on a factory wall in eastern Europe. The clock face sits behind glass and is encased in galvanised metal. We have brought the inner workings up to date by fitting a modern quartz movement.

Sligo's favourite flea market is back again this year as part of Cairde Arts Festival in Colemans with plenty of frippery, frappery and lots of goodies.

New Venue

As some of you probably all ready heard we have had to move out of our usual venue The Tradesclub on Castle Street so we have to postpone our weekly markets in the run up to xmas but we are on the search for a new one and will keep you posted!
